SAML signing key disclosure via deployment logs

Sensitive information logging in Elastic Cloud Enterprise before 3.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to obtain a SAML signing private key. ECE writes the SAML signing private key used by its RBAC features into deployment logs indexed in the Logging and Monitoring cluster. By default, only Platform admin users can access that cluster, and the disclosed material protects SAML-based RBAC trust.
