Authentication bypass in ArubaOS-CX before 10.09.1020 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrative privileges through its web interface. The web-based management interface fails to enforce authorization when processing read-only user requests, allowing role elevation. Exploitation requires a valid read-only account and can grant administrative control over switch data and configuration.
