Command injection in HPE Aruba Networking AOS-CX 10.06, 10.08, and 10.09 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The command line interface fails to neutralize crafted input before invoking the underlying operating system, although HPE does not disclose the affected commands or parser. The issue affects 10.06.0180 and earlier, 10.08.1030 and earlier, and 10.09.1030 and earlier; high-privilege management access is required, and successful exploitation fully compromises the switch.
