Authorization bypass via expired SAML token reuse

Authorization bypass in HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass Policy Manager allows remote authenticated users to retain expired SAML sessions. The SAML token handler accepts a previously valid token after its session has expired instead of rejecting it during authorization. Possession of a valid token is required; reuse bypasses the normal authorization process and permits actions with the token's prior privileges.
