Memory unsafety via misaligned atomic pointer casts

Memory-safety flaws in crossbeam-utils before 0.8.7 allow attackers to trigger unaligned access and data races on affected 32-bit targets. AtomicCell fetch methods cast storage aligned for plain 64-bit integers to atomic pointers that can require stricter alignment. Reachability requires a consuming crate to call a fetch method on AtomicCell or AtomicCell on a listed 32-bit target with native 64-bit atomics.
