Application hang via stale dialog-set hash key

Use-after-free in PJSIP PJPROJECT 2.11.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to hang SIP applications through a dialog-set collision. pjsip_ua_unregister_dlg leaves a dialog set indexed by tag storage owned by a destroyed dialog instead of replacing the hash key with a surviving dialog's tag. A reachable SIP user agent must enter a forked dialog set and destroy the key-owning dialog; duplicate hash registrations can then collide and loop indefinitely.
