Local crash via malformed SavedModel GraphDef

Out-of-bounds read/write in TensorFlow 2.7.0 allows local users to crash the Python interpreter via a malformed SavedModel. The TFG MLIR importer assumes incoming GraphDef structure is valid; tampered SavedModel data can violate those assumptions during conversion and access heap memory out of bounds. Exploitation requires a local user able to modify or supply the SavedModel, with reported impact of interpreter crash and possible heap read/write, not remote code execution.
