Python crash via malformed SavedModel assertions

Reachable assertions in Google TensorFlow function.cc before 2.5.3, 2.6.0 through 2.6.2, and 2.7.0 allow remote authenticated users to crash Python. FunctionInstantiationHelper fatally asserts that a dtype list is nonempty and, in debug builds, that an argument index equals the constructed node count, rather than returning errors. Processing an attacker-altered SavedModel is required, and a violated invariant terminates the hosting Python interpreter without reported data exposure or modification.
