Model-execution crash via binary-op dtype confusion

Type confusion in TensorFlow before 2.5.3, 2.6.0 through 2.6.2, and 2.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash model execution. BinaryOp::Compute creates typed flat tensor views without confirming that SavedModel protobuf dtype values match the compiled template types, causing incompatible interpretation of tensor data. Exploitation requires control of a SavedModel loaded by the target; a mismatched binary-op input can terminate the executing process through a CHECK failure.
