Process crash via sparse-shape integer overflow

Integer overflow in AddManySparseToTensorsMap in Google TensorFlow before 2.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the process. AddManySparseToTensorsMap multiplies user-controlled sparse-shape dimensions in a 32-bit integer and directly constructs a TensorShape without safe validation, allowing overflow to reach a fatal CHECK. The caller must be able to submit crafted tensor shapes to a TensorFlow execution context; exploitation terminates that hosting process without reported data disclosure or modification.
