CVE-2022-2356Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated code upload via unfiltered file extensions

Published Aug 8, 2022 · Updated Jun 23, 2026

Unrestricted file upload in MediaJedi User Private Files before 1.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to upload executable files. The front-end upload handler stores user-supplied files without filtering filename extensions, including PHP extensions. Subscriber-level access to an enabled upload shortcode is sufficient, and server-side execution depends on the web server processing the uploaded type.
