CVE-2022-23557Network attack vector

Runtime crash via unchecked zero bias size

Published Feb 4, 2022 · Updated Apr 22, 2025

Denial of service in Google TensorFlow before 2.5.3, 2.6.0 through 2.6.2, and 2.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash TFLite runtimes. BiasAndClamp computes array_size modulo bias_size without first rejecting a zero bias_size value supplied by a crafted TFLite model. Exploitation requires an affected runtime to process the model and interrupts only that TensorFlow process, with no reported data access or modification.
