Authorization bypass via stale tuple type acceptance

Improper authorization in OpenFGA 0.3.0 allows remote attackers to retain access after a model changes its direct-relation type. Direct relationship lookups reuse tuples created under an earlier model without filtering them against the updated type restriction. Exploitation requires a version 1.1 model, tuples written under its original restriction, a replacement type restriction, and checks against the updated model; stale tuple holders then receive authorization intended only for the new type.
