Authenticated file overwrite via unchecked archive paths

Path traversal in MindsDB before 22.11.4.3 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite files via a crafted tarball in S3 storage. The S3 storage backend's get method downloads an archive and passes it to shutil.unpack_archive without verifying that each member path stays under base_dir. Low-privileged access and control of the configured storage bucket are required; extraction can overwrite files writable by the MindsDB process.
