Pre-auth out-of-bounds read via truncated core data

Out-of-bounds read in xrdp before 0.9.21 allows remote attackers to trigger invalid memory reads via a truncated RDP core-data message. The xrdp_sec_process_mcs_data_CS_CORE function consumed required TS_UD_CS_CORE fields without first checking that the input stream contained their minimum encoded length. The message is processed before authentication; public records do not document data disclosure, a crash, or another observable consequence.
