Command execution via terminal response replay

Code injection in affected SwiftTerm revisions allows attackers to execute commands when a user displays crafted terminal data. Terminal.swift returns attacker-controlled window or icon titles and invalid DECRQSS content to the host, replaying stored escape-sequence data as terminal input. Exploitation requires a user to display malicious content in a host application that embeds the library, after which the replayed response reaches the command line.
