Stored XSS via unsanitized editor link hrefs

Stored XSS in Outline before 0.64.4 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another team member's browser through a crafted link. The editor persisted link href values without correctly sanitizing dangerous schemes before rendering knowledge-base content. A malicious team member must save the link and another member must view it, exposing data and actions available to the victim's browser session.
