Code execution via current-directory DLL loading

DLL hijacking in AXIS IP Utility 4.17.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute code and elevate local privileges on Windows. IPUtility.exe searches its current working directory for DLLs and loads an unverified file placed beside the executable. Exploitation requires attackers to place a compromised DLL in that directory and a user to start the utility; the code then runs with the utility's privileges.
