Unauthenticated database disclosure via login parameter injection
Published Jan 21, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in HMS 1.0 patientlogin.php allows remote attackers to read administrator account data through crafted login requests. The public exploit sends a time-delay SQL expression in the loginid POST parameter, and the endpoint evaluates its MySQL SLEEP() call instead of treating it as login data. The public login requires no existing account or user interaction; blind query execution can disclose administrator account information.
