Unauthenticated SQL injection via unfiltered sort parameter
Published Feb 16, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in EasyCMS 1.6 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through a crafted administrative list request. ArticlemAction.class.php passes the POST _order parameter into the _list function's order clause without filtering before executing the query. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published time-based blind payload demonstrates control of SQL evaluation rather than a documented operating-system compromise.
