Service interruption via latent overdraft transaction admission

Denial of service in the transaction pool in Go-Ethereum allows remote attackers to block new transactions with crafted overdrafts. Geth admits thousands of high-gas-price transactions from one account even though each spends its full balance, then lets them evict legitimate pending transactions and occupy the pool. An attacker node must submit 5,120 such transactions; the resulting false empty view interrupts transaction propagation, mining, and dependent services without crashing the node.
