Cross-site scripting in Siemens Spectrum Power 4 before V4.70 SP9 Security Patch 1 allows remote attackers to run script via a malicious link. Siemens identifies the integrated Online Help web application as the affected locus but does not disclose which input is reflected or how output encoding fails. Exploitation requires an unsuspecting user to open the crafted link, after which script runs in the user's Online Help browser context.
