Remote code execution via wrapped ALMNOTE buffer size

Integer overflow in Schneider Electric IGSS Data Server before 15.0.0.22073 allows remote attackers to crash the service or execute code. The ALMNOTE append path adds an attacker-controlled message length to the existing buffer size without checking for 32-bit wraparound, allocates the undersized result, and copies the large message into it. The service listens on TCP port 12401, and unauthenticated attackers must send multiple crafted ALMNOTE messages; exploitation can interrupt the server or execute code in its process context.
