Unauthenticated kernel code execution via call double-free

Remote code execution in Windows PPTP allows remote attackers to execute kernel code through crafted PPTP control traffic. In raspptp.sys, CallGetCall returns a call context after releasing its global lock, allowing concurrent connection cleanup and an error-bearing OutgoingCallReply to free the same object twice. The target must process PPTP calls and the attacker must win a narrow race; demonstrated triggering crashes Windows, while successful heap manipulation enables kernel code execution.
