Unauthorized private-project access via unverified email matching

Incorrect authorization in GitLab CE/EE before 15.0.5, 15.1.0 through 15.1.3, and 15.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to access private projects. Email invitation matching associates an invited address with an existing account even when that address is only an unverified secondary email on the account. Exploitation requires a valid account and a project administrator to invite the claimed address, after which the account receives the granted project permissions and repository access.
