System crash via malformed PPTP control packet

Denial of service in Microsoft Windows PPTP allows remote authenticated users to crash affected systems with malformed traffic. The rasppptp.sys driver passes a null CallParameters pointer into NdisMCmActivateVc while processing a crafted PPTP control packet, causing a kernel null-pointer dereference. Exploitation requires PPTP reachability and authenticated VPN access; a successful request forces a system crash and reboot.
