Local privilege escalation via nullable-pointer arithmetic

Privilege escalation in the Linux kernel through 5.15.14 allows local users to gain root privileges through a crafted eBPF program. The adjust_ptr_min_max_vals function fails to reject arithmetic on *_OR_NULL registers, so an offset pointer can bypass the NULL check and be promoted to a non-null pointer. Exploitation requires local access and unprivileged BPF to be enabled, allowing arbitrary kernel-memory access and a root shell.
