Sensitive-memory disclosure via out-of-bounds file read
Published Feb 16, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Illustrator 25.4.3 and earlier and 26.0.2 and earlier allows attackers to disclose memory via a malicious file. Adobe has not disclosed the affected parser or buffer, but the flaw reads beyond a buffer boundary and exposes adjacent process memory. Exploitation requires a user to open the file; the disclosure can reveal address data used to weaken ASLR, with no integrity or availability impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
