Stored cross-site scripting in ThemeHunk Lead Form Builder & Contact Form before 1.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. Form Field Name and Default Value inputs are stored and emitted into HTML attributes without attribute escaping. Administrator-level form-editing access is required, and execution occurs when another user views the crafted form.
