Unauthenticated membership escalation via predictable level identifier

Improper privilege management in Simple Membership before 4.1.3 allows remote attackers to gain an arbitrary plugin membership during registration. The registration handler trusts the user-supplied level_identifier, a predictable MD5 value derived from a membership-level number, and assigns the matching level without sufficient validation. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the result changes only Simple Membership access and does not alter the account's WordPress role.
