Local file inclusion in SysAid On-Premises 22.1.63 and earlier allows remote attackers to read local files without authentication. The TinyMCE example page at /lib/tinymce/examples/index.html accepts an attacker-controlled iFrame File/URL value without restricting it to authorized files. Reachability requires network access to that unauthenticated page; the public record does not identify the server-side handler or consequences beyond local-file access.
