Log disclosure and task alteration via CSRF

CSRF in Jenkins Batch Task Plugin 1.19 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter batch tasks or read logs through a user's session. Several HTTP handlers accept non-POST requests for log retrieval, task execution, deletion, and queue cancellation because they lack POST enforcement. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled web content to submit requests through a signed-in user with Overall/Read access; the resulting action can expose output or alter configured tasks.
