Attacker-chosen SSH connection via unprotected test requests

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Publish Over SSH Plugin 1.22 and earlier allows remote attackers to initiate attacker-chosen SSH connections. The doTestConnection methods in three plugin descriptors accept connection parameters without requiring POST, so a crafted request invokes an SSH test with supplied credentials. Exploitation requires an authenticated Jenkins user with Overall/Read access to visit attacker-controlled content; the resulting connection reaches an attacker-chosen SSH endpoint.
