Kernel code execution via oversized Mesh ID

Heap buffer overflow in FreeBSD net80211 allows physically proximate attackers to execute kernel code via a malicious Wi-Fi beacon. The sta_add() function copies an attacker-controlled IEEE 802.11s Mesh ID into the fixed-size se_meshid heap buffer without validating its length. Exposure requires an enabled Wi-Fi interface scanning while unassociated; systems not using Wi-Fi are unaffected, while exploitation grants kernel-level code execution.
