Internal port scanning via unrestricted media import

Server-side request forgery in Directus 9.0.0-beta.2 through 9.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to scan internal network ports. FilesService passes the user-supplied import URL directly to axios.get without resolving its host or rejecting local and denied IP addresses. Any low-privileged account able to invoke media URL import can use the server as a network vantage point and infer reachable internal services from fetch results.
