Incorrect execution via sdiv32 sign extension

Incorrect Calculation in Solana Labs Solana RBPF 0.2.26 through 0.2.27 allows remote attackers to alter smart-contract execution via sdiv32. The JIT compiler stores a 32-bit signed-division result in a 64-bit register without sign extension, so later 64-bit tests can take the wrong branch. An attacker able to supply or trigger execution of crafted eBPF contract code can cause incorrect transfers or protocol-liveness failures; the bug is fixed in 0.2.28.
