Stored XSS in Frappe Framework 12.0.9 through 13.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts via a crafted username. The account-settings username field accepts and stores script-bearing input that is later rendered without neutralizing executable markup. A low-privileged account can plant the payload, but a separate user must load the stored value in a browser for script execution and session-level account compromise.
