Authenticated code execution via uploaded DLL hijacking

DLL hijacking in Zoho Corporation ManageEngine Applications Manager 15510 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The Upload Files / Binaries feature accepts a crafted DLL into the product's working directory, where Windows loads it during service restart. Administrator access and a restart are required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code with the service's privileges.
