Guest memory access via unsynchronized grant revocation

Race condition in Linux PV device frontends allows attackers controlling a PV backend to read and write guest memory through PV devices. The frontends free a data page without synchronizing that operation with delayed grant-reference revocation, so the backend retains access after the page is reused. Exploitation requires a Linux guest using PV devices with a potentially malicious backend, and retained access can disclose or corrupt memory during later guest use.
