Guest-memory access via grant-revocation race

Race condition in Linux blkfront PV drivers allows attackers controlling a malicious Xen backend to read and write guest memory pages. The frontend checks whether a grant is in use, then assumes its later revocation succeeds even if the backend maps the page between those operations. Exploitation requires a Linux guest using a PV block device and an attacker-controlled backend; the retained mapping exposes pages after I/O ends.
