Authenticated service degradation via iControl REST memory exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in F5 BIG-IP and BIG-IQ allows remote authenticated users to degrade service through iControl REST requests. The iControl REST interface accepts undisclosed requests that increase memory consumption until the affected process is restarted. An authenticated iControl REST account is required; affected releases are BIG-IP 16.1.x before 16.1.2.1, 15.1.x before 15.1.5, 14.1.x before 14.1.4.5, all 13.1.x and 12.1.x, and BIG-IQ 7.x and 8.x.
