Remote memory exhaustion via SSL session tickets

BIG-IP versions 16.x before 16.1.0, 15.1.x before 15.1.4.1, and 14.1.2.6 through 14.1.4.4 allow remote attackers to exhaust memory via SSL traffic. The condition occurs when a virtual server uses a Client SSL profile with client-certificate authentication set to request or require and Session Ticket enabled and configured; SSL processing then increases memory resource utilization. The attacker needs network access to submit SSL traffic to that configured virtual server, and the bounded consequence is service degradation or interruption from memory exhaustion.
