DLL hijacking in SanDisk G-RAID Software Utility setups for Windows allows local users to execute code as the system user. Western Digital has not published the affected DLL, executable, search directory, or unsafe library-loading call within the app or driver setups. Exploitation requires placement of a crafted DLL where an affected setup loads it and user interaction to launch that setup; resulting code runs as SYSTEM.
