Application crash via unsynchronized function lookup

Denial of service in Spring Cloud Function 3.2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash web applications through function lookups. FunctionCatalog lookup performs concurrent discovery and registration without synchronizing on the requested definition, allowing repeated requests to accumulate duplicate registrations. The flaw is remotely reachable only when spring-cloud-function-web exposes the lookup path; exploitation interrupts the application without reported data access or modification.
