Unauthenticated authentication bypass via exposed ACS endpoints

Authentication bypass in VMware Workspace ONE Access 20.10.0.0 through 21.08.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute any operation via exposed OAuth2 ACS endpoints. The OAuth2 Access Control Service framework exposes endpoints that fail to enforce authentication before dispatching requests. No credentials or user interaction are required, so a network-reachable service can be fully operated by an attacker.
