Cross-account data disclosure via unterminated path prefix checks

Path traversal in Apache James Server 3.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' mailboxes and Sieve scripts. MaildirStore.validateWithinFolder and SieveFileRepository.enforceRoot compare canonical path strings without a trailing separator, so a sibling path with the same username prefix passes the root check. Exploitation requires a valid account, and access is limited to data stores whose usernames begin with the attacker's username.
