Interpreter crash via inconsistent arguments object state

Reachable assertion in JerryScript 3.0.0 allows local users to crash the interpreter by executing crafted JavaScript. JerryScript's pre-scanner mishandles a function parameter named arguments when a default-parameter expression invokes eval, leaving scanner_pop_literal_pool with a contradictory arguments_type state. Exploitation requires an assertions-enabled build and execution of the crafted script; the interpreter exits with an internal assertion failure.
