Unauthenticated administrator takeover via shared JWT secret

Hard-coded credentials in QXIP SIPCAPTURE homer-app before 1.4.28 allow remote attackers to forge administrative JWTs. The Token function signs JWTs and the API middleware verifies them with the same compiled-in JwtSecret across every installation. Knowledge of the published secret and network access to the API suffice to impersonate an administrator and access application data.
