Administrator account creation via exposed session IDs

Authorization bypass in Servisnet Tessa 0.0.2 allows remote attackers to read user authorization data through an unauthenticated API request. The /data-service/users/[userid] handler returns other users' usernames and active session IDs without enforcing object-level authorization. An active administrator session is required to forge its Basic token and add a system-administrator account; the published module begins with low-privileged credentials.
