Denial of service in LINE for Windows before 7.4 allows remote attackers to cause sustained CPU consumption by sending a crafted GIF. The client renders received GIF media without validating the file first, allowing malformed animation data to drive abnormal processor use. The recipient must receive and render the message; the documented consequence is resource exhaustion on the recipient client, not data access or modification.
